Very friendly and helpful people. Helped with directions and had my bike serviced very quickly. Had my bike in condition to cycle from Hexham to Carlisle. Would recommend to anyone in the area.

Fabulous service. Whilst cycle touring my rear cassette collapsed at the end of one day, I managed to cycle the 10k to Cycling Minds the next morning. Despite turning up an hour before opening they examined the cassette, cannibalised an old Ultegra cassette and had me on my way in an hour. Friendly, knowledgeable and went the extra mile.

Great to meet the Cycling Minds crew today who took on my bicycle to service and make good any repairs needed. Everyone was very easy to talk to, patient and committed to making this initiative succeed - I agree with other posters that their attitude and comms are faultless.
