Basic bike maintenance training classes

Keen to learn how to fix your own bike? Whether that’s an emergency roadside repair or regular maintenance, our qualified mechanics are here to teach you.

We run small group training classes and one-to-ones at The Link community cycle hub or, if you prefer, we can also come to your own venue to run group classes.

Maximum price: £40/hour per person for one-two-ones, less for group bookings.

As well as basic bike maintenance classes, we offer intermediate courses where you can get hands on and learn how to replace brake blocks, cables and a chain and cassette for example and learn how to master the art of indexing gears etc.

Watch this space for scheduled classes or get in touch to arrange one specifically for you.

Cycling proficiency classes

We also run classes with our British Cycling qualified coach to learn how to ride or improve your bike handling skills and road safety. Keep an eye out here for more information.

Bike fitting

Our fantastic partners at Twelfth City Cyclery also offer a bike fitting service out of The Link. Please contact Tom at [email protected] for more information and to book.
